Welcome to Emerald Coast Models! ECM specializes in female photography in this local area! If interested, keep reading!
ECM is compromised of two amateur, freelance photographers who love taking photos of beautiful and gorgeous women in a variety of settings, as well as other subjects such as families, kids, couples, etc. Be sure to view ECM's pics! You will find MANY samples of our photos there.
We are always looking for new people to take photos of... especially young and beautiful women who would like modeling-style, glamorous, or even naughty and suggestive photos done. If interested, just send us a message, we'll compare our schedules, and we'll arrange to meet someplace. Remember, this is only a hobby of ours... we are not professional photographers. But, so far all of people that have modeled for photos by us were pleased with the results.
If you decide to have photos done with ECM, just contact us here through MySpace, then we'll arrange for a time we're both not busy. All packages include a CD with your photos on it. Check each package for when your CD can be available. Then, you can upload those photos to MySpace to share with everyone, print them out at your local photo place (at your own cost, of course), or even add them to a modeling portfolio.
Remember, carpooling is always an option for recurring customers (we're sorry, but we cannot offer carpooling for NEW customers). For example, if you live in Crestview or someplace else in North Okaloosa County, and you want photos done at the beach in Ft. Walton Beach or Destin, let's ride together. If we use YOUR gas, we'll only charge you the "meet in Crestview, FL" prices (if applicable). However, we do reserve the right to decline carpooling with you for any reason.
ECM will post the best photos on MySpace. It's sort of like our online portflio, I guess you could say. But, of course, any photos which are REALLY suggestive (or even nude), will always remain private between the model and ECM, unless we have her permission to post it.

How much do you charge?
ECM has many packages available, so prices will vary depending on what you are looking for.
Are you a professional photographer?
Unfortunately, no. But, I have been told I have an eye for capturing female beauty. This is just a hobby that I love.
Will you take photos of couples?
Yes. Although couples are not my specialty, I will most likely have my assistant join me during shoots of couples, so she can give me some fresh ideas.
Will you take photos at special events, such as weddings?
Yes. Different packages are available depending on the distance.
Do you have an age restriction for individual models?
Not really. Models between the ages of 18 to 39 are preferred. Even if you're over 39, especially if you look stunning, we'll gladly take photos of you! Also remember, if you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian join us during our session. This is for everyone's safety.
I'm under 18 years old. Will you take photos of me?
Yes, but only if you have a parent or legal guardian present during our photo session. We would prefer if the "legal guardian" would not to be an older friend, older brother/sister, or even an older cousin. If one of your parents can't attend, perhaps a grandparent, uncle, or aunt....
I'm currently pregnant. Will you take photos of pregnant women?
Yes! Just because you're pregnant, that does NOT mean you're ugly!
When I meet you for our photo session, can I bring a friend, my boyfriend, or my husband?
Absolutely! They are more than welcome to watch and observe, and to provide that little extra security. We know meeting people for the first time can be scary.
We agreed to meet for a photo shoot, but I can't make it or I have to cancel. What do I do?
Not a problem. If we exchange several e-mails or messages concerning a photo shoot, then either I or my assistant will most likely give you our cell phone number. If you have to cancel at the last minute, feel free to call or send one of us a text message letting us know... that way we're not wasting our time waiting for someone who won't be there. If you know days in advance that you have to cancel, you can just send ECM an e-mail or a message on MySpace letting us know. We don't mind this as long as you let us know in advance.
Do you cancel photo shoots due to inclement weather?
This depends on where we are shooting. If doing INDOOR photos, this probably won't be an issue unless the weather is severe (i.e. tornado, hurricane, or flooding). If doing OUTDOOR photos, we may have to cancel due to cold temperatures, rain, and perhaps even extreme wind. Still, it's best to communicate with us if in doubt or if you just are not sure.
Are you willing to shoot nude, sexy, or suggestive photos?
Yes. But remember, a model is NEVER required to pose nude or in a way that makes her feel uncomforable. If a model poses in the nude or in a sexy fashion, it is her own choice. Of course, for nude, sexy, revealing, or suggestive photo shoots, you MUST be of 18 years of age or older. If we meet you to do these types of photos, and if you look really young, we have the right to ask for your I.D. before we begin. Remember, if shooting nude photos, we would prefer NOT to do pornography. "Artistic nude" is preferred. Beauty is what ECM is here to capture. Not sex. :)
How about cosplay photos? Are you willing to take them?
Always! Of course, you'll have to supply your own outfit. Sexy school-girl? Naughty cop with handcuffs? Your favorite anime character? The possibilities are nearly endless! Once again, with anything sexy or revealing, you must be 18 or older.
I am a modeling agent, or I belong to a modeling agency. How do I hire one of your models?
The models who have posed for this site do not, in any way, belong to ECM, and they are not bound by any contracts. They are free to accept any offers they wish. If there is a model you are interested in for modeling purposes, send me your contact information, and a detailed description of the job you would like to offer. I will pass that information along to the model you are interested in. It will be the model's own choice if she wishes to accept your offer. Remember, I will not continuously "hound" the model about your offer. I will tell them once, and I may ask them once more perhaps a week later if you or I do not hear an answer from them, but that is it. I respect the models' privacy.
How do I get my photos from you? Do you print them for me?
No. ECM does not print your photos for you. We will burn all of your images to a CD at the end of our photo session, which will be yours to keep. Depending on the package, the CD may be mailed to you, instead.
How do I get prints of my photos?
You can take the CD we give you to just about any place that does photo developing, such as Wal-Mart or Walgreens. Whatever prints you make will be at your own expense.
The place I'm trying to print my photos at is asking for a "Copyright Release Form" before they can sell me my photos. What do I do?
Some places will not print photos that "look" professional without a copyright release form. Most times, you will be asked at the end of the session if you would like a copyright release so you can print your photos at a local retailer. Be sure to bring this release with you each time you print photos at a local retailer. Please don't be angry at the business if they won't let you have your photos without the copyright release form. They are only following the law.

TIMELINE OF AN AVERAGE ECM PHOTO SHOOT
Here is a timeline of what usually happens leading up to the shoot, during the shoot, and afterwards:
The model contacts Mike (ECM) through MySpace or e-mail to inquire about a photo shoot.
Mike and the model coordinate a time, day, and location to meet. Public places are preferred if meeting for the first time.
Mike and the model meet at the location at the predetermined day and time.
Mike and the model may chat for a moment, to get a feel of what types of photos the model wants.
The photo shoot begins. A small handful of test shots may be taken at first so Mike can get a feel for the environment and the lighting.
Periodically during shooting, Mike will show the model some of the shots that have been taken so far. The model is free to express any additional posing ideas she has. Mike always welcomes suggestions.
Reminder: the model is free to stop the shoot at any time for any reason.
If the model has more than one outfit, wardrobe changes may take place in-between shots whenever the model and/or Mike feels it is necessary. Be sure the location in which we meet has a private area for you to change.
After Mike and/or the model feels no more shots can be taken, or if both have run out of ideas, the photo shoot ends.
Mike may require a power source for his laptop so he can burn a photo CD for the model. If one is not available, Mike and the model may need to travel to an area where a power source is accessible. Burning of the photo CD may take 15 to 20 minutes (depending on the amount of photos taken).
After the burning of the photo CD is complete, Mike will hand possession of it to the model. The model may feel free to tip at this time, or pay any predetermined price (if any).
If the model gives permission, Mike may use some of the photos on the ECM MySpace page for archive purposes. Shots taken which are considered sexy, revealing, or even nude will not be used unless the model gives permission. Bikini shots ARE considered "revealing", and also will not be used unless the model gives permission. The model is also free to "pick and choose" which photo(s) Mike can use for ECM's online sites.
